About these terms
These terms apply when you use buildingbalance.com.au, download a free plan, buy a one-off training plan, or join a coaching program. Building Balance (ABN 21 856 566 997) is run by Ryan Kirwan and based in Australia. By using the site or signing up, you agree to these terms.
What we provide
Building Balance provides running training plans and coaching for parents. This includes free downloadable plans, one-off paid plans, and monthly coaching subscriptions. Plans are delivered by email or as downloads from this site.
Not medical advice
Training plans and coaching advice are general fitness guidance only. They are not medical advice. Before starting any plan, check with your GP, especially if you're returning from injury, pregnancy or a long break from exercise. If you're postpartum, get the all-clear from your GP or a women's health physio first. Stop and seek medical advice if something hurts or doesn't feel right. You take part in any training at your own risk.
Payments and subscriptions
- All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- Coaching subscriptions bill monthly from your signup date. There are no lock-in contracts.
- You can cancel a subscription any time before your next billing date and you won't be charged again.
- One-off plans are single purchases delivered by email after payment.
Refunds
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If something you've bought isn't right, email ryan@buildingbalance.com.au and we'll sort it out.
Your content and conduct
When you share information with us for coaching (like training history or goals), you confirm it's accurate. Please don't use the site or our services for anything unlawful.
Intellectual property
All plans, guides and content on this site belong to Building Balance. Plans are for your personal use only. Please don't copy, resell or redistribute them.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Building Balance isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our plans. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that can't be excluded under Australian law, including consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. If you have an active subscription, significant changes will be flagged by email.
